Corrections & amendments-published solution for exercise 21

Thanks to Gary's post I have been able to publish a correction to part (ii) of my published solution to this exercise and to amend my solution to part (iv) to make an explicit reference to the osculating plane so that Needham's redefinition of the cross product on page 28 of the book can still be used.
