Just one thing, on the third line from the bottom of page 1:
$\frac{4|dz|}{2i(\bar{z}-z)}=\frac{4|dz|}{[2i(-2iy)]}=\frac{|dz|}{y}$ since $\bar{z}-z=-2iy$ and so there is no need to mention the length as it all comes out very neatly - as it should.
Just noticed something else:
On the second line after the word "Then": I think it is more conventional to write either $D'(z)$ or $[D(z)]'$ to denote the derivative of $D$. Having said that, the line also contains a couple of typos, and should be written:
$dw=\frac{dw}{dz}dz=D'(z)dz=\frac{-2dz}{(z+i)^2}$
