In the 2012 printing, shouldn't the first term (1/z) in the series on the last line of this sub-section be dropped?

Hi In the 2012 printing, shouldn't the first term (1/z) in the series on the last line of this sub-section be dropped? I have done the suggested exercise at the end of subsection 1 of section IV on page 442, and I agree with you that the term in $(1/z)$ in the Laurent series for $F(z)$ when $|z|>2$ should not be there. I will add it to the errata for chapter 9. Vasco |
