Two typos in this solution have been corrected:
1. Part (i) paragraph 3 line 2 used to read "The length of $f(p)$ is $\sec^4\theta=1/sec^4\theta$ and..." and has now been corrected to read "The length of $f(p)$ is $\sec^4\theta=1/\cos^4\theta$ and..."
2. Part (i) paragraph 3 line 3 used to read "...from $\infty$ at $4\theta$ to 1 at $4\theta=0$ and..." and has been corrected to read "...from $\infty$ at $4\theta=-2\pi$ to 1 at $4\theta=0$ and..."
