I have updated my solution to include an appendix, which explains in more detail how I obtained figures 5(b) and 7(b). The solution to part (iv) contains references to this appendix.

I have updated my solution to make it more precise in a couple of places:
In part (iv) in the text under figure 4 I have changed paragraph 2 so that instead of
"...which means that $S$ must be parallel to $p$", it now reads "...which means that $S$ and $p$ are coincident".
I have made the same change under figure 6 in paragraph 2.
These changes do not alter the proofs, but just make the language more precise.
